The Yangshuo Cooking School is one of the most popular cooking class experiences in China for foreign travelers. The half-day class begins with a visit to the local wet market to buy ingredients, then teaches 4-5 dishes from Guilin and Guangxi cuisine including beer fish, stuffed river snails, and Guilin rice noodles.
